Standard Technical Support Plan

  • Help Desk telephone support during regular business hours. Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30CST, excluding holidays
  • Ability to submit questions to the Help Desk at all times via email or fax
  • Automatic application upgrades and enhancements

In order to ensure a smooth transition to our online system, we provide a carefully planned implementation program for all new clients. We will guide you through the entire process - from evaluating minimum hardware and software requirements and arranging for Internet connectivity to data conversion and staff training.

Our goal is to minimize any disruption to your practice during conversion, and to make sure your staff is informed and involved throughout the entire implementation process.
